1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE

2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF July 17, 2019

3. RFP Opening - Tax (Jessica Hansen)
RFP #150 opening for Lockbox Services to process November/February/May trimester property tax payments.

4. CITIZEN PARTICIPATION ON AGENDA ITEMS ONLY (Please Indicate Agenda Item #)

5. INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY – Contract Modification (Sean Fallon)
Third Modification of Contract #27581 between Douglas County and Executive Information Services, Inc. (EIS) to incorporate the annual services cost of $54,889.00 and extends term date to June 30, 2020.

6. JUVENILE – Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment (Aric Fromdahl)
Second amendment to IGA #154696 between Douglas County and the State of Oregon, acting by and through its Department of Human Services (DHS) to update contact information and extend term date to October 31, 2019.

7. LAND – Rental Agreement (Rocky Houston)
Rental agreement between Douglas County and Chad and Emma Butler for a portion of the premises located at 1540 Stanton Park Road, Canyonville, Oregon on a month to month basis in the amount of $600.00, plus electricity at $100.00 for a total of $700 per month.

8. PLANNING – Grant Agreement (Joshua Shaklee)
Grant agreement between State of Oregon Parks and Recreation Department/State Historic Preservation Office and Douglas County to develop a mobile device application in partnership with Umpqua Community College’s Career and Technical Department for self-guided tours of historic sites in Douglas County. This grant provides state funding in the amount of $3,490.00, which is to be matched by Douglas County. This has been included in the FY19/20 Budget.

9. TAX – Order Designating Newspaper (Jessica Hansen)
Order in the matter of designating the News-Review for publication of the 2019 Douglas County Tax Foreclosure list per ORS 312.040(1)(a).

10. SHERIFF – Communications Service Agreement (Sheriff Hanlin)
Communications Service Agreement between Douglas County and Lookingglass Rural Fire Protection District for radio and dispatch usage. Term date: June 30, 2022.

The next regularly scheduled Board meeting will be held July 31, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 216 of the Douglas County Courthouse, Roseburg, OR.
